1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location and the urgency of your order. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (available for select locations).
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures (for international shipments), and other factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. For orders below $100, standard shipping fees will apply.
- International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Processing Delays: In some cases, such as during peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- Backorders: If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and offer either a backorder option or a refund.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the shipping carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check if your country is eligible at checkout. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
- Restricted Locations: Some locations may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory requirements or logistical challenges. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during the checkout process.
6. Delivery Issues
- Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you and request the correct details. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
- Missing Packages: If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at info@urbansora.xyz. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
7. Local Pickup (if applicable)
In some locations, UrbanSora may offer local pickup as a shipping option. If available, you will be able to select this method at checkout and collect your order from our designated pickup point.
